At Perdy Express LLC, we specialize in handling complex loads. Whether it’s with our Lowboy or our Removable Gooseneck (RGN) trailers, our equipment is regularly inspected and our drivers undergo extensive safety training to ensure that your cargo is secured properly and transported smoothly.
A lowboy, also known as a double drop trailer or a double drop lowboy, has two drops in deck height, allowing it to carry oversize equipment that will clear overpasses and other obstructions on the road. The drop deck trailer height can be up to 12 feet tall.
Apart from being detachable, gooseneck trailers, also commonly referred to as a flat deck trailer, holds its value in being detachable as needed. Moreover, the actual neck of the “goose” can be detached from the truck, creating a ramp for heavy equipment to be seamlessly hauled onto and off of. In terms of dimensions, our RGN trailers can range from 20’ – 40′ depending on the need, and allow for a height clearance of up to 18.5″ with a width of 8.5’.
